Terms of Sale

Products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after payment on-screen and by email to your checkout address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your purchase grants the personal-use license included in the download (LICENSE.txt): use and adapt the material for your own accounts; no redistribution or resale of the package or its contents.
Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Purchasers of a given major version (v1.x) receive that version's updates free by email.
We may refuse or refund any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or license abuse).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Products are digital downloads delivered instantly and irrevocably at purchase, and each product page discloses exactly what is included — including honest disclosure of tested performance — before you buy. For that reason we do not offer refunds. If you experience a delivery problem (download or email link not working), contact support@tideline.money from your checkout email and we will ensure you receive what you paid for. We may issue a refund at our sole discretion (e.g., verified duplicate purchase); the license terminates on any refund — delete your copies.

Privacy

What we collect: your email address and order details (via Stripe) — used to deliver your purchase, send version updates for the product you bought, and handle support/refunds. That's the whole list.
What we don't do: no sale or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing, no advertising pixels on this site, no marketing emails without your separate consent.
Processors: Stripe (payments — see Stripe's privacy policy), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our own server logs (standard access logs, rotated).
Your rights: email us to access or delete your order data at any time (we retain what tax law requires us to keep).

Educational product. Tideline products teach software engineering for trading systems. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation of any security or strategy, and not a solicitation to trade. No advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by a purchase.
Not registered. Tideline and Ewan Digital are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions.
No performance claims. We make no representation that anything in our products will generate profit. Where example strategies appear, their tested performance is disclosed honestly — including negative results. Past performance, real or simulated, does not indicate future results.
Substantial risk of loss. Trading — especially with leveraged ETFs, options, or margin — can result in loss of most or all invested capital, and automated systems add failure modes of their own (bugs, outages, bad data). Never automate money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Software "as is." Reference code ships without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for anything you build, deploy, or trade with it, and for compliance with your broker's terms and your jurisdiction's laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tideline and Ewan Digital are not liable for trading losses or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
